Conservative Government Threat Level Indicator
Current Level

The Conservative Government Threat Level Indicator was
designed to warn Canadians what the current probability of a
highly dangerous Conservative government is. There are 6 Levels:

Armageddon
Red - Harper
Orange - Ablonczy
Yellow - Solberg
Blue - Kenney
Green - Poilievre

What each level means:

Armageddon is the highest and most dangerous level of the threat indicator. It means a Conservative Government is currently in power. Canadians should immediately evacuate the country as they are in imminent danger.

Red - Harper is the second highest level of the threat indicator. It means that there is a SEVERE risk of an imminent Conservative Government. Canadians should be prepared to evacuate the country. Women who have had or are considering having an abortion, homosexuals, visible minorities, and other high risk groups should be evacuated immediately to undisclosed locations for their safety.

Orange - Ablonczy is the third highest level of the threat indicator. It means that there is a High risk of a Conservative Government within 36-90 days. Canadians should listen closely to their local television and radio broadcasts and be prepared to evacuate if the level is raised to Red.

Yellow - Solberg is the default level of the threat indicator. It means there is a significant risk of a Converative Government. Canadians should be on guard and be aware of the current electoral situation.

Blue - Kenney is the second lowest level of the threat indicator. It is only used if the Conservatives are running consistently at 15 points or more down in national polls.

Green - Poilievre is the lowest level of the threat indicator. It is only used when there is no chance of a Conservative government in the near future such as during recesses and prorogations of Parliament and other parties obtaining a majority.

With polls narrowing again, and the election getting closer, warning Canadians about the horrible dangers of a Conservative government needs to take precident. We'd rather be too careful than not careful enough. Therefore the Threat Level is raised to Red - Harper. This means a POTENTIALLY CATASTROPHIC Conservative Government could take power within 30 days. Canadians are advised to prepare to evactuate the country on a moment's notice. Women who have had or are considering having an abortion, homosexuals, visible minorities, and other high risk groups should be evacuated immediately to undisclosed locations for their safety.

With the polls starting to narrow a bit the threat level is raised to Orange - Ablonczy. Please stay tuned to your local emergency broadcasts in case the level is raised to red.

With the Liberals rising in the polls, something most incumbent parties don't do, the decision has been made to lower the threat indicator to Yellow - Solberg for the time being. Please be aware it can be raised again at any time.

A Dark day for Canada, Jack Layton withdraws his support from the Liberals opening up the door for an election. With polls showing the Conservatives in the lead and not enough time to allow Canadians to judge the Gomery report properly the threat level is raised to Extreme - Harper. God help us all.

With The House adjourning for the Summer, the danger of a Conservative Government is now non-existant until at least Monday September 26th, 2005 when the House resumes. As such the Threat Level Indicator has been lowered to Green - Poilievre until that time.
